Rap sheet for a Rapist: AO [Chump]

100 years ago, an American woman had only had the chance to vote for 4 years and 15 days. Since August 18th, 1920.
Think about that.
But if you were a black woman or a black man, you never got to vote freely then, even though Constitutionally you had been given the right in 1868 – you still did not get the full legal right guaranteed to you, as a black man or black woman, not until 1965. 100 years after the end of the American Civil War purportedly emancipated the slaves of America in 1865.
Black men & The Vote:
“Even though the 14th Amendment to the Constitution was supposed to give black men the right to vote - for The Fourteenth Amendment to the Constitution (in 1868) granted African Americans the rights of citizenship. However, this did not always translate into the ability to vote. Black voters [men this is] were systematically turned away from state polling places. To combat this problem, Congress passed the Fifteenth Amendment in 1870.”
Fifteen Amendment:
The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any state on account of race, color, or previous condition of servitude.
You will note the this sentence indicated that women, whatever their color, were not even recognized as citizens with rights in 1870, nor where they until 1920 - and that was just only “white women” - if you were deemed to be of color - or a woman like Kamala Harris of mixed heritage, you could not vote until 1965 - the year after she was actually born. Please read that sentence again and never forget it. Because that is why every woman in America of legal voting age should be voting, and voting for Kamala Harris, if they understand this history. Never take your right to vote for granted. Definitely not if a woman, and definitely not if a current minority. If you throw your vote in this election to a 3rd party or snooze on your couch on the 5th, or just ignore this election, understand that you will have voted for AO and everything he intends to do to eradicate your rights.
But that did not stop Jim Crow Laws: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jim_Crow_laws
100 years AFTER the Civil War: 97 years AFTER the 14th Amendment was invoked:
In 1965, the Voting Rights Act directed the Attorney General to enforce the right to vote for African Americans.
This was 100 years after the American Civil War was won by the Union Armies – some regiments of those armies were comprised of black men – who fought for the Northern Union led by President Abraham Lincoln. 100 years of continued black crow slavery for blacks in America due to southern and other states refusing to give up their racism and suppression of blacks. Women, meanwhile, took another 55 years to actually get the vote legally given to them – a simple right to vote. But that’s the thing, it is NOT a simple thing to be allowed your voice, your vote - even in a purported DEMOCRACY.
Moreover, having the “right to vote” does not mean women COULD vote if their husband or father or any other person in charge of them made it impossible for them to vote. By threatening them, keeping them from doing so, not helping them, and them not knowing how to vote. General anger in men who did not want them to have the vote could prevent them helping or allowing it. Example: Just because MBS [Prince Salman, who is, make no mistake, a dictator] decreed that women in Saudi Arabia no longer had to wear a niqab [yes the cloth women were required by law to wear to cover their face] – this does not mean that women in Saudi immediately could throw away their niqabs. No. It meant they had to persuade their father and brothers and uncles and grandfathers and husbands to ALLOW them not to wear them. So, just like this example, when women finally, finally attained the legal right to vote, they had to get permission from their men - because they would have had maybe children to look after, and maybe no means to get to a voting center without their spouse or father, or other issues, in order to just get there. They would have had to learn how to register and how to vote, and very likely, in some places, get through the taunts, or other kinds of intimidation from men in order to VOTE.
Who established the suffrage movement to gain the right to vote for women?
The American Equal Rights Association
Elizabeth Cady Stanton and Susan B. Anthony formed the American Equal Rights Association in 1865, an organization for white and black women and men dedicated to the goal of universal suffrage. They petitioned Congress for “universal suffrage.”
Yes, and Stanton and Anthony went after the right for all blacks to vote too, which is why 3 years later in 1868 the 14th Amendment was passed – even though it was not until 1920 that women attained their legal right to vote, and another 100 years from the end of the civil war for blacks to have that right guaranteed by The Voting Rights Act [see above]. Remember, that was ONLY a scant 59 years ago. Don’t think AO and his supporters do not want to roll that back. They do – and I believe they do for women and for blacks, Hispanics, all immigrants and Indigenous peoples. They don’t only want to ban abortion and birth control and IVF – they want a society where only white men can vote. If they did not want this, then why would they want to ban abortion?
Abortion is not a policy for birth control – it is a policy to ensure women are never trapped in a threatening relationship, nor in a financially unstable situation. For it is far too easy for men to simply rape a woman and leave her stranded with a baby or trap her in a violent marriage or union. These pro-lifers do not want to admit that those situations are quite real, as is femicide real, and this is quite beyond all of the considerations around health [D & C’s – which is the abortion procedure - for health following a miscarriage, as an example] and many situations for a pregnant woman that can endanger her health if proper care and procedures are limited by some freakish law. In today’s world of over-population, with an over-heating planet, does it make any sense to essentially create a massive baby boom? With a legal elimination of all contraception. And at the same time, eliminate also IVF? No. This is madness. And given how AO’s supporters scream about the border issue, just where do they imagine, with the limited space [housing] and the limitations of employment, how would we provide for all of those persons? If they care about real people, these are real questions. Right now, they do not care to answer them.
The abortion rate has halved from the 1981 rate to 2020. This would suggest the morning-after Pill and birth control pills and other forms of contraception are working. Greater education around an active sexual life, with less rigidity in parents passing key information to their children to ensure they do not incur an unwanted early pregnancy – this is all working to curb the need for abortion. But it is obviously likely more common for very young women, or children, early sexual activity whether voluntary or unvoluntary to cause pregnancies that either go unnoticed for too long, or cause such fear. Fear of a parent’s rage, or a boyfriend’s anger, and the young woman then may hide her pregnancy until it is too late for an after morning pill, or an abortion once in a 2nd trimester. This is why Planned Parenthood is such a critical organization as they take on education in the community to ensure that young women – and men – understand what is at stake for them - that it is critical that they ensure to be fully protected when sexually active. And even if one is protected, to be vigilant if a woman misses a period.
Abortion is a woman’s right in case it is needed; it is not a flimsy sometime legislation. This is because of the spectrum of difficult and life-threatening issues surrounding women and pregnancies. [unwanted pregnancies, or shall we say, unprepared-for pregnancies] Such as those pregnancies incurred through incest, rape, assault and rape, attempted murder and rape, faulty equipment, forgetfulness [pills, men who lie, women who lie], without the means to buy birth control. Etc. Etc.Etc. Illness, issues with baby’s healthy development, mental health [either parent], poverty, joblessness, drug addictions, alcoholism, sex trafficking. You name it as a problem and America has it. The world has them. Solve all those problems [you cannot] and maybe women would not need abortion legally there, always, as a last resort option. As an option for her optimal health as well. Difficult pregnancies are common. D & C’s are commonly needed as health requirements in so many circumstances, including all miscarriages. Those issues will never be totally obliterated. This issue is not up for a debate; it is a woman’s human right: full stop. It is a travesty that once again someone as disgustingly lacking in morals as AO, a convicted rapist himself, would try to shove a ban on abortion across America down the throats of American women in 2024, depriving them of BOTH their human rights and their American Constitutional rights. That is an abomination: women in America should be absolutely furious that this was ever passed by a SCOTUS - with just 5 male votes! Use your hard-earned vote on November 5th or best BEFORE November 5th - find out how - see Joyce Vance’s article at the bottom of this article to discover how - and make your voice heard! That link is at the end of Joyce’s article.
Women are not going to stand for this health threat, neither the physical threat, nor the financial threat, nor the mental health threat.

ROE v. WADE
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Roe_v._Wade
If you are an American woman, you need to better understand Roe vs. Wade. It was overturned in 2022, and since that time, it is illegal to have an abortion in 14 states with a very few of those with limited access for rape or incest [but no exceptions for health reasons!] and there are another 8 states which have limitations of a certain number of weeks and other restrictions.
But again, NOTHING to allow access if there are health issues for the baby or the mother. Which is plain nuts.
It is Illegal to have an Abortion in Texas now since 2022:
Stats:
Texas saw an estimated 26,313 rape-related pregnancies during the 16 months after the state outlawed all abortions in 2022, with no exceptions for survivors.
Abortion rights for women needs to be embedded in the Constitution as an essential HUMAN RIGHT. Women must have total control of their own bodies. Otherwise, rapists rule. That is just facts – whether the rapist is a family member, even a father, or a would-be husband, or a stranger.
I urge you to register to vote, if a woman, or a man who understands that this abortion ban traps you, as well.

What other rights did women get and when?
Women: the right to have your own bank account?
It wasn't until 1974, when the Equal Credit Opportunity Act passed, that women in the U.S. were granted the right to open a bank account on their own. Technically, women won the right to open a bank account in the 1960s, but many banks still refused to let women do so without a signature from their husbands.

Women and no-fault divorce?
United States
Today, every state plus the District of Columbia permits no-fault divorce, though requirements for obtaining a no-fault divorce vary.[27] California was the first U.S. state to enact a no-fault divorce law. Its law was signed by Governor Ronald Reagan, a divorced and remarried former movie actor, and came into effect in 1970.[28] New York was the last state to enact a no-fault divorce law; that law was passed in 2010.
Note that AO, divorced twice, has made no mention of banning divorce – but make no mistake that may be the next thing on their list to ban. Again, making it harder in some states to get a divorce which basically enslaves a woman. If you cannot get an abortion except by leaving the country [very expensive in other words, and humiliating] and you cannot divorce your husband legally [share assets you both worked for], guess who that deck is stacked against?
When was it legal to be raped by your spouse?
It took until ONLY 31 years ago to make that a crime across America. But even so….mistakes still were made all the time:
“The court case Oregon v. Rideout in 1978 was the first in which someone stood trial for raping his spouse while they lived together. By 1993, marital rape was a crime nationwide. Still, in the 1990s, most states continued to differentiate between the way marital rape and non-marital rape were viewed and treated.”
Trial: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oregon_v._Rideout
“Charles Burt represented the husband, John Rideout, while Greta Rideout was represented by Marion County District Attorney Gary Gortmaker. Burt is quoted saying, “A woman who’s still in a marriage is presumably consenting to sex…Maybe this is the risk of being married, you know?...If this law’s interpretation isn’t corrected it will bring a flock of rape cases under very bad circumstances…The remedy is to get out of the marital situation.” He [Rideout] was found not guilty by a unanimous jury composed of eight women and four men on December 27, 1978.”

Where John Rideout landed – and see how he has absolutely changed in his looks:
Here is John Rideout again a few years ago – he should have been put away the first time: Serial rapist.
And here is where that rapist showed up yet again in a courtroom, just two years ago, 2022. This time John Rideout was sentenced to 25 years in prison:
